AI Predicts Every Week 8 Game of the 2026 NFL Season

After an 8-of-14 Week 7, the model picks all 14 Week 8 games, from Panthers-Packers on Thursday to Bears-Seahawks on Monday night, with four High picks and seven games rated Low.

Touchdown Week's prediction model went 8 of 14 in Week 7 and stands at 66 of 107 for the regular season. The one High pick, Minnesota over Indianapolis, won. The medium tier went 4 of 8 and the low tier 3 of 5, including Dallas' 38-21 win at Philadelphia on Monday night. Week 8 has 14 games, with Houston, New Orleans, the Giants and San Francisco on byes. Every pick is locked before kickoff and changed only for pregame injury or quarterback news.

The four High picks

Cincinnati over Tennessee at 71 percent, the Rams over the winless Chargers at 70, and Dallas over Arizona and Jacksonville over Indianapolis at 66 each. The Bengals are plus 41 in point differential and the Titans minus 48. Jacksonville comes off a bye and has allowed 17.3 points per game. The High tier is 19 of 29 for the season, 66 percent, and the medium tier 28 of 41.

Why so many Low picks

Seven games are rated Low. Minnesota, at 6-0 with the league's best defense, visits a Detroit team that is 3-0 at home and leads the NFC in scoring; the model leans Detroit at 54 percent. Cleveland and Pittsburgh are both 5-2, and the Browns won the first meeting. Kansas City is 5-1 but scored three points at Seattle, and Denver is 3-0 at home. Eagles-Commanders on Sunday night is 51 percent, the closest pick of the week.

Quarterback situations shaping the picks

Buffalo over Baltimore is 63 percent, just short of High, because Lamar Jackson's ankle is unresolved after three missed games; Jesse Minter said the team will know more Wednesday. Kirk Cousins starts for Las Vegas at the Jets after Klint Kubiak said Fernando Mendoza will not play this week. Philadelphia stays with Tanner McKee, and Saquon Barkley returned on Monday night.

How the picks get graded

Every prediction is published before kickoff and edited only for pregame injury or quarterback news, never afterward. Once a game is final it is graded on the winner and on how far the projected margin missed, and ties count as misses. The running record by confidence level lives on the predictions hub and in the Touchdown Week app, and each game page shows the pregame pick next to the final score.
