Seahawks Place Bud Clark, Mason Richman on Season-Ending IR
The rookie safety's broken ankle and the offensive lineman's unspecified 'major' leg injury are both now officially season-ending.
Seattle Seahawks safety Bud Clark and offensive lineman Mason Richman are both facing long-term absences after injuries suffered in Sunday's 19-16 preseason loss to Tennessee, coach Mike Macdonald said.
What happened to Clark?
The second-round rookie broke his right ankle on the first defensive play of the game and was carted off. Macdonald confirmed he'll be out multiple months.
What happened to Richman?
Richman, who started at left guard, went down on the opening offensive drive and walked off under his own power. Macdonald said the team believes it's "a major, long-term injury," though an exact diagnosis hasn't been specified.
Were there other injuries this week?
Receiver Jake Bobo suffered a season-ending knee injury in Friday's joint practice with the Titans, separate from Sunday's game.
