Vikings Unsure if Kyler Murray Can Play Against Buffalo Because of a Sore Hamstring
Murray is getting a full evaluation after Sunday's 19-15 loss at Detroit, Minnesota's first of the season. Carson Wentz would make his second start if Murray cannot go.
The Minnesota Vikings do not yet know whether quarterback Kyler Murray will play Sunday against the Buffalo Bills because of a sore hamstring, coach Kevin O'Connell said Monday. "I don't think we're there yet," O'Connell said, adding that Murray is going through a "full eval."
Who starts if Murray can't?
Carson Wentz, who would be making his second start of the season. O'Connell said Murray remains the starter when healthy. Murray threw for 210 yards and two touchdowns with an interception in Sunday's loss, which dropped Minnesota to 6-1.
