How the prediction did
Predicted 20-17 (Bears vs Packers), final was 7-31. Miss. Chicago turned the ball over five times with Case Keenum starting in place of the concussed Tyson Bagent, and Jordan Love went 25 of 31 for 367 yards against a Bears defense that had allowed 65 points in four games. Christian Watson had 143 yards and two touchdowns. The model leaned on Chicago's defense and it allowed 31.
Bears Packers Chicago's defense travels
It has allowed 9, 7 and 12 points in the past three games.
Lambeau and the rivalry
Green Bay is home and has beaten Chicago in most recent meetings, which keeps this a coin flip.
Bagent against a diminished defense
Two hundred sixty-eight yards against the Jets; the Packers just lost their best linebacker.
A Low-confidence road lean on defense. The model has been wrong about Chicago's offense before and is not overreaching.
