Four All-Pro selections total, including 2025. Under defensive coordinator Jesse Minter, James produced 7.5 sacks over the past two seasons, the most productive pass-rush stretch of his career. His only down season was 2023, the year he missed Pro Bowl honors for the only time as a healthy player. He came back in 2024 and re-established himself as the best player at his position.
