Titans lead back who has cleared 1,000 scrimmage yards in four straight seasons.
Tony Pollard signed with Tennessee in 2024 after parting with the Cowboys, where he split carries with Ezekiel Elliott for years. The Titans' 3-14 finishes in 2024 and 2025 obscured the fact that Pollard hit 1,000 rushing yards in both seasons. He remains one of the steadiest mid-tier RBs in football.
Path to the league
Memphis product taken 128th overall by Dallas in 2019. Spent four seasons sharing the backfield with Ezekiel Elliott. Took over as the lead back in 2022 and made the Pro Bowl with 1,007 rushing yards before a leg fracture in the playoffs.
Career highlights
2022 Pro Bowl. 4 consecutive 1,000-yard scrimmage seasons. Top 10 in yards from scrimmage among RBs in 2024. Cowboys' all-time single-game YPC by a 20-carry back.
2025 season recap
1,050 rushing yards on 245 carries (4.3 ypc), 6 TDs. Added 32 catches for 220 yards. Tennessee finished 3-14 with the No. 1 overall pick. Pollard's contract is up after 2025; the Titans franchise tagged him in March 2026 to keep him for one more rebuilding year.
