Path to the league

Richardson began his career at Oklahoma State, where he rushed for 1,139 yards and 15 touchdowns over three seasons, before transferring to Baylor for two seasons and running for 628 yards and a touchdown. He finished his college career at Tulsa in 2025 and went undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft, signing with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent.
